FISHING EXPERIENCES AND WORKSHOPS
-
MORNING BEACH FISHING
This early morning 4-hour session is perfect for both experienced anglers and beginners looking to catch coastal “bread and butter” fish including sand whiting, bream, tarwhine, flathead, trivially, and more. A great opportunity to relax and enjoy the morning on the beach while fishing for some of the local favorites
The first few hours are ideal, with worms often being the bait of choice for success. If you’d like to take home your catch, we can finish the session slightly earlier and George will handle the cleaning and filleting of your fish, ensuring you go home ready to enjoy your catch.

NIGHT BEACH FISHING
This exciting 5 hour-night fishing adventure is all about going after the big ones. The primary target is the prized mulloway (jewfish), known for its size and strength. Big baits are used to attract these giants, and long, challenging battles with these powerful fish can leave your arms sore but satisfied. For conservation purposes, catch and release is encouraged for larger mulloway, allowing these magnificent fish to continue thriving. However, if you’d like to take fish home for a meal, that’s also an option.
This is an ideal trip for thrill-seekers and experienced anglers looking to tackle large, powerful fish under the stars.

SUNSET BEACH FISHING
Sunset beach fishing is perfect for those who prefer a relaxed start to the day. This trip takes advantage of the magical evening hours when fish become more active as the sun dips below the horizon. The stunning pink and orange skies of the East Coast sunset set the scene for a memorable family-friendly fishing experience.
With a variety of species to target, this session is ideal for all ages and skill levels. It’s a great way to unwind, enjoy the beauty of nature, and reel in some evening catches.

BEACH WORMING WORKSHOP
This workshop is designed for anglers who want to learn the art of catching their bait, specifically beach worms. These elusive creatures, found on the sandy shores of ocean beaches, are one of the best and most expensive baits used for fishing along the East Coast.
Beach worming is a rewarding skill that can save you money and improve your fishing results. With a bit of practice, you’ll be able to gather your high-quality bait and enjoy the process. You’ll learn how to catch, preserve, and store them.
-
LIVE BAIT or SQUID FISHING
In this fishing experience (starting 2 hours before sunset), you’ll learn how to catch live bait—the key to landing bigger fish, as they prefer their prey alive. Big fish eat little fish!
You’ll also discover various techniques to keep your bait alive and healthy, ensuring better fishing success.
Additionally, I offer a Nipper Pumping and Squirt Worm Lesson as part of this experience. This 2-hour hands-on session teaches you how to gather nippers (yabbies) and squirt worms, another excellent bait option for beach and estuary fishing.
This session is great for anglers looking to improve their live bait skills and increase their chances of catching larger fish.
-
ROCK FISHING
Rock fishing offers a wide range of exciting targets, from luderick to kingfish, but the variety can be overwhelming. If you’re unsure of what to aim for, I can guide you based on your preferences and conditions.
Safety is a priority—rock fishing can be dangerous, so having an experienced guide is essential. Whether you’re new to rock fishing or looking to refine your skills, this 4-hour session ensures you have the knowledge and guidance to fish safely and successfully.
